Manchester Terminal offers a unique combination of services to all industries. With warehousing, break bulk and container facilities, this premier marine terminal and industrial park readily accommodates light manufacturing and assembly operations, with build out options to suit a variety of tenants.

Manchester Terminal is a private port ideally located at the intersection of the Houston Ship Channel and Sims Bayou, just east of the East 610 Loop. Manchester Terminal covers 72.4 acres. The buildings themselves provide over a million square feet of space, the majority of which are sprinkled.

The main dock on the Houston Ship Channel stretches for 1500 feet and can accommodate the draft of the majority of cargo vessels utilizing the ship channel. The newly constructed dock on Sims Bayou is 1700 feet long and when opened in late 2000 will accommodate smaller vessels with drafts up to 22 feet. Our strategic location affords easy access to all modes of transportation. We are just five city blocks from Interstate Highway 610 which links every major thoroughfare - SH-225, I-45, I-10, US290 and US59.

Houston's Metro bus stops right at our gate and, in addition, many common truck lines are available to shippers and consignees and the railroad switching services are provided by the Port Terminal Railway Association (PTRA).
